Welcome to Stretto Arts, a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform operated by Aneid, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, doing business as Stretto Arts ("Stretto Arts," the "Services," "Platform," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Aneid, LLC. By creating an account or accessing or using the Services, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If these Terms are not accepted, the Services may not be accessed or used.
Stretto Arts is a cloud-based software platform that enables artists and arts organizations to build and manage professional websites, publish digital content, manage their online presence, and access related tools and services.
The Services may evolve over time, and new features, integrations, or functionality may be added, modified, or removed at the Company's discretion.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information and to keep that information updated.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security of the Services.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Aneid, LLC grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their own lawful business or personal purposes.
No ownership rights in the Services or software are transferred through this license.
Users retain ownership of all content submitted to the Services, including but not limited to:
By uploading content, users grant Aneid, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, back up, and technically process that content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and operate the Services.
Users represent and warrant that they own or possess all rights necessary to upload and publish their content.

Stretto Arts reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Services, including all software, source code, templates, workflows, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, documentation, databases, user interfaces, and related technology, are owned by Aneid, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no ownership rights or licenses are transferred to users.
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscription plans, pricing, billing terms, and available features will be presented before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of paid features.
Stretto Arts is provided as a cloud-based service.
Although the Company strives for reliable availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, software updates, infrastructure changes, security improvements, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Users may delete their account at any time.
Aneid, LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security or integrity of the Services, engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees.
Upon termination, access to the Services may be discontinued.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANEID, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Stretto Arts does not guarantee continuous availability of the Services, search engine rankings, website traffic, professional engagements, employment opportunities, grants, auditions, competitions, performance opportunities, or business success.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANEID, LLC, ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO ANEID, LLC DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Aneid, LLC may revise these Terms from time to time.
Revised Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Stretto Arts is the trade name (d/b/a) of Aneid, LLC.
