Stretto Arts ("Stretto Arts," "we," "our," or "us") is a platform that helps musicians build and manage professional websites. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of stretto-arts.com, the musician dashboard, and any musician website hosted by Stretto Arts (collectively, the "Services").
Stretto Arts is operated by Aneid, LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
By creating an account or using the Services, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, the Services may not be used.
Stretto Arts provides musicians with hosted professional websites, a dashboard for managing those websites, and related tools. Some features are available at no cost, while others require a paid subscription.
The Services may include tools that allow visitors to musician websites to submit information, such as email addresses, to join a musician's mailing list.
Users agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, keep login credentials secure, and notify Stretto Arts promptly of any unauthorized use of an account. Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their accounts.
During an early-access period, account creation may be by invitation only. Stretto Arts may modify or discontinue the early-access program at any time.
All content uploaded or created through the Services—including biographies, photographs, recordings, schedules, news, custom pages, and other materials ("Your Content")—remains the property of the user. Stretto Arts does not claim ownership of Your Content.
Users grant Stretto Arts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services, including publishing musician websites and generating previews.
This license ends when Your Content or the associated account is deleted, except as reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.
Users represent that they have all necessary rights and permissions for everything they publish, including photographs, recordings, album artwork, press excerpts, trademarks, and content depicting other individuals.
Embedded content from third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, and similar platforms remains subject to those platforms' terms and policies.
Stretto Arts may provide tools that allow visitors to a musician website to submit an email address or other information to join the musician's mailing list.
Stretto Arts provides the technical functionality to collect, store, display, and export this information. Stretto Arts does not provide newsletter campaign functionality or send marketing communications on behalf of musicians through this feature.
Users may access and export mailing-list information collected through their musician websites and may transfer that information to an email or newsletter service of their choice.
Users are responsible for their use of mailing-list information after it is collected, including:
Users may not use mailing-list information collected through the Services to send spam, deceptive communications, or communications materially unrelated to the purpose for which the subscriber provided the information.
Stretto Arts is not responsible for newsletters or other communications sent independently by users or through third-party services selected by users.
Users agree not to:
Stretto Arts may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Content published on a musician website is publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines.
Users control what is published through the dashboard and may unpublish their website or individual content at any time.
Musician websites are assigned a Stretto Arts URL, generally in the form stretto-arts.com/profile/username.
Certain subscriptions may allow a user to connect a personal domain ("Personal Domain") to a musician website. A Personal Domain provides an additional address through which the same Stretto Arts-hosted website may be accessed; it does not create a separate website.
When a Personal Domain is connected, Stretto Arts will designate the corresponding Stretto Arts URL as the canonical URL for search-engine indexing and optimization purposes. Stretto Arts may implement technical measures necessary to maintain this designation. Search engines independently determine which URLs they index and recognize as canonical, and Stretto Arts does not guarantee any particular search-engine treatment or ranking.
Users are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, renewing, and paying for their Personal Domains and for maintaining any domain registration or DNS settings required to connect those domains to the Services.
Users should consider carefully before publishing personal information. Performance schedules and other publicly available information may reveal future locations and activities.
Mailing-list information submitted through a signup form is not intended to be publicly displayed.
Users may deactivate or delete an account at any time through account settings.
Deleting an account removes the associated musician website from public access and deletes Your Content and mailing-list information retained by Stretto Arts as described in the Stretto Arts Privacy Policy.
Deleting information from Stretto Arts does not delete copies that a user previously exported or transferred to a third-party service.
Stretto Arts may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or where required by law. When reasonably practical, Stretto Arts will provide notice and an opportunity to export Your Content and mailing-list information before termination.
The Services are continuously evolving. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time.
While Stretto Arts strives to provide reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and Stretto Arts is not responsible for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stretto Arts and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of Your Content, the user's use of mailing-list information collected through the Services, communications sent using that information, or a violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection law, disputes relating to the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Stretto Arts may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, Stretto Arts will notify account holders by email or through the dashboard before the updated Terms take effect.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
